The salon de thé "Delyan" is a good place to recover from a shopping expedition on Rue de Rivoli. If you sit outside you can also enjoy a beutiful view of the Saint-Jacques Tower.

Thanks for the link to Delyan... did you also get a shot of that fabulous blue door on the corner (with the garland)? Sitting outside is definitely the best option with the weather as lovely as it has been.
